We are an active hill pony improvement society that keeps ponies on the hills of Dowlais approximately 1000-1500 feet above sea level, each year on August bank holiday we host our annual show at Cyfarthfa Park in Merthyr Tydfil. With ground totalling 160 acres the Council also hold an event at the park on the same day, for full details of this please contact Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council.

This site aims to provide visitors to it with updated information on upcoming events, photographs and details of ponies bred and stallions kept by the society over the past half century. Also there are for sale pages and contact information for all other active pony improvement societies in Wales.

We welcome any feed back that you may have with regards to the site and society and would also be interested in your views and any photographs that you may have, however please note that this site does not have a forum or discussion board and is meant for informational purposes only.
